Non-Profit Spotlight:

The Michael J. Dias Foundation consists of volunteers committed to helping individuals and families; and supports the goal of drug-free communities. Their mission is to aid and educate individuals and families on substance use disorders and help those that are battling the disease of addiction. The foundation currently operates three sober living communities; Michael’s House, Sean’s Place, and Christian and Brian’s House. Each sober living community supports men in the early stages of their recovery and provides them with a place where they can live in a community of their peers. A place where they can support each other and are provided with staff who understand what it takes to get on and stay on their own individual road to recovery.

Hampden County Chambers Unite to Fill the Food Bank

March 27th, 2024

The Hampden County Chambers stand united in our commitment to join forces to support The Food Bank of Western Mass in their mission to fill the shelves and hearts of those in need.

It is with great pride that we gather to contribute to this vital cause.  We recognize that food insecurity should have no place in our society, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure that no family goes hungry.

Through this event, we aim to collect a bountiful supply of rice and beans, staples that are not only nourishing but also versatile, to be distributed among the network of organizations fighting food insecurity.  Together, we will make a difference by providing sustenance to those who need it most.
